The following Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for the ownerguard.prosperitylms.com site and various related services (together referred to as the "site"). OwnerGUARD University, the provider of the site (referred to as "us" or "we"), is committed to protecting your privacy online. Please read the information below to learn about your use of this site.

We may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Registration Data to the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose Registration Data upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation.
You may change Registration Data online by linking to the My Profile form, in accordance with instructions posted elsewhere on this site. You may ask to have information deleted, however, because we keep track of past coursework, you cannot delete information associated with past coursework on this site. In addition, it may be impossible to completely delete information because of backups.
Our site has industry standard security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. While there is no such thing as "perfect security" on the Internet, we will take all reasonable steps to insure the safety of your Registration Data.
